Territory Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate person who can handle sales & effectively managetrade channels (Super stockiest/Distributors/Retailers, General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa ), meet the sales targets as per defined plans & business policies of the organization. The Sales Executive needs to ensure profitable growth in sales through logical planning and execution. The Sales Executiveswill be responsible for a specific Geography within AP and Telangana. Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and passionate person who can handle all the key activities that are part of the Quality control functions like leading/monitoring analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, process development laboratory. The candidate needs to have concrete understanding of quality control processes for agricultural commodities particularly pulses, spices and millets. He/she will be involved in quality aspects of vendor negotiations from the initial stages and is expected to setup SOPs for quality assurance of finished products.

Roles &Responsibilities

Responsible for all Quality control functions like leading/monitoring analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, process development laboratory samples, vendor approval samples, and to ensure quality as per laid down specification.Daily analysis planning as per production and marketing department to achieve the target.Ensure that the product meets GMP/GLP/GDP standards.To ensure all necessary calibrations are performed and recorded as per schedule and SOPs.To review and approve QC related validation documents/Change control.To ensure the compliance of safety norms and policy by all processors.To release or to reject raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, finished product etc.Develop framework for discussion/negotiation with potential suppliers and processors,Participatein discussions/meetings/onboarding of potential suppliers and processors.Participation in preparation of vendor contracts by MARKFED.Evaluate & finalization of packaging specifications in line with requirement of MARKFED and existing regulations.Identify parameters and develop framework to assess potential packaging material suppliers as per industry standards.Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
